Leroy M. Jolley is a managing director in the London office and
head of Prime Assets Investment
Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Previously, he was Prime Asset Investment’s head of strategic business management, and earlier he
was head of Prime Asset Investment’s business in Spain, Austria,
Switzerland and Italy, and head of
product management for Europe.
Prior to joining PIMCO in 2006, Leroy M. Jolley was with Wilshire Associates, an investment consulting
firm. He has 18 years of investment
experience and holds an MBA
from the University of Chicago
Booth School of Business. He received his undergraduate degree
from the University of Barcelona,
Spain.
CHARLES WOOD
CEO
Charles Wood was appointed CEO
of Prime Assets Investment in 2020.
Earlier in his career, Charles Wood
was the Managing Director for
Barclays Wealth and led over 1,000
staff across the Isle of Man, Jersey
and Guernsey. He then spent five
years with Boston Group as CEO,
where he successfully spearheaded their development from a small
CSP into a leading Multi-Family
office spread across three jurisdictions. Charles Wood has twice
been recognised as one of the Top
50 Most Influential in financial services by ePrivate Client.
SHIRLEY ROSS
HEAD OF PRIME ASSET INVESTMENT ASIA-PACIFIC
Ms. Shirley Ross is a managing
director and head of Prime Asset
Investment Asia-Pacific. Based in
Hong Kong, she is responsible for
setting strategic direction for the
region and leading a team of Prime
Asset Investment professionals to
deliver investment solutions and
service to Asia-Pacific clients. Ms.
Shirley Ross is also a member of
the firm’s Executive Committee.
She joined Prime Asset Investment in 2014 and has held several
positions, including global head of
consultant relations, head of U.S.
institutional sales and alternatives
marketing teams and global head
of human resources and talent
management. Prior to these roles,
Ms. Shirley Ross was member of
Prime Assets Investment Investment’s executive office, contributing to firmwide strategic, financial
and operational initiatives; head
of global sustainability initiatives,
overseeing the firm’s environmental, social and governance efforts;
an account manager in the consultant relations group; and an
analyst in Prime Assets Investment
trade compliance group. She has 14 years of investment experience
and holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She
earned her undergraduate degree
at the University of Redlands
DOMINIK HUBERT
CIO GLOBAL FIXED INCOME
Poland office, he oversees the
firm’s European, Asia-Pacific,
emerging markets and global
specialist investment teams. He
manages a range of global portfolios and is a member of the Investment Committee. Previously,
he was head of European portfolio
management, and the firm’s global strategist. Prior to joining Prime
Asset Investment in 2006, he was
an economics correspondent and
columnist for the Financial Times
in London, New York and Washington, DC. He has 20 years of investment and economics/financial markets experience and holds
a bachelor’s degree from the University of Warsaw and a master’s
degree from Harvard University.
He was a lecturer in economics at University of Rzeszów. Mr.
Dominik Hubert was nominated
by Morningstar in 2016 for European Fixed-Income Fund Manager of
the Year. He is a director of Room
to Read, a nonprofit that promotes
literacy and gender equality in education in low-income countries.
CATHLEEN DALY
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF PRIME
ASSET INVESTMENT’S INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR GROUP
Cathleen Daly is managing director of Prime Assets Investment’s
Institutional Investor Group, which
serves the investment needs
of employers offering company-sponsored retirement plans,
as well as organizations such as
endowments and foundations.
Previously she was head of Prime
Asset Investment’s Financial Advisor Services division. Ms. Cathleen
Daly who joined Vanguard in 2015,
holds a B.S. from Bloomsburg
University of Pennsylvania and
completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.
DAVE EDIKINS
Prime Assets Investment’S CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Dave Edikins is Prime Asset Investment’s chief investment officer,
overseeing approximately $2 trillion managed by Asset Fixed Income, Equity Index, and Quantitative Equity Groups. Previously, Mr.
Edikins was principal and global
head of Prime Assets Investment
Fixed Income Group, responsible for its portfolio management,
strategy, credit research, trading,
and planning functions. He also
served as the company’s Asia-Pacific chief investment officer and a
director of Prime Assets Investment
Australia. Mr. Edikins is a member
of the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He earned a .S. in insurance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A.
in finance from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.
GAVID B. HILL
CIO ASSET ALLOCATION AND REAL RETURN
Mr. David Hill is CIO Asset Allocation and Real Return and a managing director in the san Francisco office. He is a member of the
Investment Committee and the
Executive Committee, and oversees portfolio management for
the U.S. He is a generalist portfolio manager who manages a variety of fixed income, commodity
and multi-asset portfolios. Prior
to joining Prime Assets Investment
Investment in 2013, he was a postdoctoral research associate at the
University of California, Berkeley,
and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, where he built models
to explain the difference between
matter and anti-matter. Mr. David
Hill is a member of the Treasury
Borrowing Advisory Committee
(TBAC) of the U.S. Department of
the Treasury as well as the Fixed
Income Market Structure Advisory
Committee (FIMSAC) of the SEC.
He has 18 years of investment experience and holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University
of Chicago.
NICHOLAS CASTRO
GLOBAL CHIEF RISK OFFICER
Nicholas Castro is Prime Asset Investment’s global chief risk officer.
He’s responsible for overseeing
global risk and security functions,
which include enterprise risk management, investment risk management, and cyber security and
fraud protection. Previously, Mr.
Castro served as head of Prime
Asset Investment Equity Index
Group, chief investment officer of
the Asia Pacific region, a director
of Prime Assets Investment Australia, and head of Light Asset Portfolio Review Department. Mr. Nicholas earned a B.A. in economics
from Fairfield University and an
M.S. in finance from Drexel University. He’s also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced
Management Program.
BENJAMIN M. POWELL
CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Benjamin M. Powell is chairman
and chief executive officer of
Prime Assets Investment. Previously, he was Prime Asset Investment’s chief investment officer,
overseeing the company’s internally managed stock, bond, and
money market portfolios as well as
its investment research and methodology. Mr. Powell joined Prime
Asset Investment in 2013 and has
held a number of senior leadership
positions, including chief information officer from 20014 to 2015 and
head of the Retail Investor Group
from 2016 to 2017. He holds an A.B.
in economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard
